Shipping & Production Information

Introduction:
All our items are made to order, ensuring that each piece is crafted just for you.

Delivery Time:
Delivery time = production time + shipping time.

Shipping Options:

• First Order Special: For your first order, delivery is free.
• For international shipments, we choose different shipping companies depending on the destination.
• Special Offer: Gold orders qualify for free delivery. For non-gold orders, additional charges apply—extra fees for express delivery and for standard delivery options.
• You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Production Time:

• General Production Time: 15 working days.
• Rush Order Service: 7-10 working days for 10K/14K/18K Solid Gold pieces; 10 working days for 925 Sterling Silver (gold plated), Platinum, or Palladium pieces.

Shipping Time:

• United States: Delivery 5-7 business days after production is finished.
• Other Regions: Delivery 7-10 business days after production is finished.
• Note: Couriers may not deliver on weekends.
